Résumé Clifford E. Stevens was born and raised in the greater Detroit area. He attended Michigan State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology in 1974. Clifford earned his Master’s of Arts in Guidance and Counseling, with an emphasis on Community of Mental Health in 1981. He has worked for Big Brothers and Sisters of America, Genesee County Mental Health, Training and Treatment Innovations, and Huron Behavioral Health.
While at Genesee County Mental Health, Cliff was a Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Supervisor and was on the planning committee for the annual ACT conference for 14 years. He is a charter member of the Assertive Community Treatment Association.
Clifford also spent ten years in various leadership roles in the Boy Scouts of America.
