Cost (This section will be changing and growing as the insurance providers do.) Currently insurance accepted are:
Services Individual Therapy for children 6-12, Adolescents 13 – 18, and adults. Intake, assessment and referrals to psychiatrist if needed. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Parenting Skill Development, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Play Therapy. Specialties Depression; Anxiety: Stress Reduction; Loss and Grief; Adjustment to life changes; Family relationships; Emotional, Physical and Sexual Abuse; Reactive Attachment Disorder; Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing); Parent education and support; Improving Self Esteem and Self Image; Chronic Mental Illness. The cost is $65 per session. Counseling Supervision. In Michigan to obtain your LPC license you will need to have 3000 hours of supervised counseling. The supervisor of this counseling will have to have gone through training. I have done so and can provide that supervision. Those students working on their BSW and MSW in need of the supervision hours and meetings are eligible. For those graduate students in the Guidance and Counseling programs I am a registered supervisor for your LLPC hours. The times are negotiated on an individual basis. |
